Cancellation Policy
To my clients, new and existing:
•Cancellations MUST be made within 24 hours before the time of the scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations will pay 30% of the cost of service that the appointment was scheduled for.
•No-call/no-shows will pay 75% of the cost of scheduled service, or no longer be booked.
•Clients that are 15 or more minutes late to their appointment will have to receive a less extensive service or reschedule. My appointments are scheduled for a specific amount of time that will allow me to give you the time and attention that are needed to achieve your hair goals.
I understand that things come up or emergencies happen. Please contact me and let me know. As my client, you must also understand that my time is valuable. When I am not made aware of a service needing to be cancelled within a reasonable amount of time, the appointment cannot always be filled and hinders myself, my business, and my income. In the case of a No Call/No Show, the appointment has no chance of being filled due to being set up and expecting you, which can cost me hours of work being lost.
